Within the village itself there is a small confiture shop, a boulangerie/ patisserie, restaurant, post office and church. The locals are very proud of their village with a good rating for 'villages in bloom' and aims for more stars in coming years.

In the immediate surroundings there are numerous walking/ running/ cycling paths and road to enjoy around the village and surroundings. Within a short drive there are a range of activities, including a river beach, canoeing, rowing, tennis, golf, vineyards and cognac museums. Please see our "things to do section"
